Key Responsibilities

Lead and empower one or more Scrum teams, ensuring effective teamwork and compliance with defined roles.
Cultivate a collaborative environment that embodies Agile principles and the Scrum Framework.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and steer teams towards fulfilling their commitments, including Product Goals and Sprint Objectives.
Support teams in becoming self-directed and guarantee the success of Scrum events and artifacts.
Mentor Product Owners and Product Development Managers in managing their backlogs effectively.
Protect developers from interruptions and ensure transparent communication with all relevant stakeholders.

Required Skills

Profound understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM) is preferred.
Familiarity with Agile frameworks, including Kanban and eXtreme Programming.
Experience in the medical device sector is advantageous.
Exceptional leadership and facilitation capabilities.
Strong communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree is required.
A minimum of 4 years’ experience as a Scrum Master.
Demonstrated expertise in Agile project management.
Capability to work on-site three days a week and remotely for two days.
